Meet the Principal
Dear Patrick Henry Parents, Students, and Community,
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to you as the new principal of Patrick Henry Middle School. It is truly an honor to become a part of Patrick Henry family and community. Even though I have only had limited interactions with the faculty and parents thus far, I can already tell that it is a unique and special place, that I am incredibly excited to become a part of.
I come to you with 20 plus years of experience as an educator, however, I come from a family of educators, so I have been around this profession all of my life. I have worked with students of all ages in a variety of roles. I have been a classroom teacher, a Dean of Students, an Instructional Specialist, as well as a Middle and High School Assistant Principal. Most recently, I have served as one of the Assistant Principals at Hale Charter Academy. I am thrilled to bring my skills as educational leader to Patrick Henry Middle School and to work with you as a partner in education to ensure your child’s success.
I believe wholeheartedly that every student deserves a quality education, and that only happens when the school and the families work together for the best interests of our students. With that in mind I will be calling on all of our faculty, staff, and parents to work as a singular unit so we can best serve our students.
Most importantly, I bring a belief that students are at the center of all school-related decisions. I am excited to unite my experience, my openness to learn, and my child-centered approach to support our students. Because the relationships between families and the school are vital to the success of our students, I encourage you to become involved in every way possible. Our goal at Patrick Henry is to prepare each child academically, socially, and emotionally for success.
I look forward to meeting everyone,
