Parent Center

Welcome to PHMS Parent and Family Center
Here at the parent and family center, we aim to boost parent and family engagement for the overall success of our students. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can come to learn and network with other parents. We have resources, hold free monthly parent information workshops, and provide a space for all volunteers to help prepare for school activities.
You can help us create meaningful workshops by filling out a workshop survey through the links below. Thank you in advance for your input!
The Parent and Family Center is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 2:30pm

Message from Dr Cruz:
"Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we end the second week of virtual instruction, let me thank you and congratulate you for your support as our "partner in education".  We understand how difficult it must be to ensure your chilren have all they need while teaching them and helping them learn during the day.  Our goal is to work with your children, in spite of any obstacles and ensure that there is continuity in their educational program.  To date, we have issued all technology requested and scheduled for pick up.  We realize there may be one or two that have not requested technology and we will work with you on an individual basis.  For your informaiton, the majority of the schools have not even begun to issue any technology so our students are two weeks ahead.  Starting next Monday we will have a specific program calendar.  I will share it with you as soon as it is approved and shared with all teahers.

Tomorrow, Friday, March 27th all teahers will be attending professional development.  There will be no direct instruction. Also, next week there are only four days of instruction as there is no school on Friday in honor of Cesar Chavez.  Spring Break begins on Monday, 4/6 through Friday, 4/10.  School resumes on Monday, 4/13."

Thank you to all volunteers who are continuing to support our efforts.
We are a family, we will get through this together.
Stay safe and inside as much as pragmatically possible.
Queridos Padres,
